<p>The presence of companies often triggers socio-economic that can disrupt the operations of oil companies. Previous research using stakeholder theory and the social license to operate theory contextualizes that operating companies need to focus on social and environmental responsibility to reduce socio-economic conflicts in local communities. A holistic CSR perspective becomes part of the company's strategic planning and core operations so that the company will be managed in the interests of its broad stakeholders to achieve maximum economic and social value in the long term. This research was conducted to analyse of the relationship between corporate social responsibility can provide social protection and it will generate profits for the company (business reasons). Researchers analyzed the relationship between corporate social responsibility and Firm Performance in The National Oil and Gas Companies of Indonesia, Pertamina in the period 2020 - 2022. The empirical analysis was conducted using Pertamina's sustainability performance highlights database with the measure of Economic, Environment, Social and Governance (ESDG aspect). This paper supports previous research which states that corporate social responsibility may not have a positive influence on Company Performance due to the complexity of the relationship. The results of this study indicate that the complexity of the relationship caused by the implementation of Pertamina Group's social and environmental responsibility activities is part of the implementation of the strategic role as a "locomotive of social development" as a state-owned enterprise (not always for business reasons), but it also aims to improve the company's reputation and credibility.</p>Adi Putra Wawang Darmawan

This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research methods. In the context of this research, the main focus is to understand how Mitra Keluarga Group Hospital utilizes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media marketing strategies, and to provide in-depth descriptions of user experiences and views regarding the use of these digital strategies. <p>The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction, with employee performance as a mediator. The study is quantitative in nature and employs hypothesis testing using data collected from respondents and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). A saturated sample is used as the sampling technique. The research sample comprises 112 individuals who are employees within the scope of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) in East Java. Smart PLS software version 3.0 was used for data processing. The research findings suggest that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction acts as a mediator and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. <p>In the midst of global warming issues, environmental damage also involves economic and social issues, the banking world, especially Islamic banking, can be one of the contributors in encouraging environmentally friendly practices. One of them is by integrating green values in lending practices, investment and green technology called Green Banking. By using a literature review, it can be seen that green banking practices, especially in Islamic banking, have been carried out even though they have not been maximized. Green banking practices in Islamic banking can be a booster in increasing customer loyalty which leads to increased profitability of Islamic banks. This study presents a version for the applications of revolutionary green strategy approach. The consequences of this conceptual model display that it could be generalized mainly to industries which includes oil, gas, and petrochemicals, and may offer modern techniques that offer sound recommendations for the employer's roadmap for the next organizational development. The impact given by foreign and domestic investors can be negative or positive for the capital market. The purpose of this study was to find empirical evidence of the effect of systematic risk by foreign and domestic investors on changes in stock returns. The research method uses quantitative methods from the stock trading reports of LQ-45 companies. The data is processed using the IBM 25 SPSS statistical tool. The population in this study is the stock return of LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample data is the stock return of the LQ-45 Companies on January 2, 2020-2023. The novelty of the study is the systematic risk variable, which is the driving force to moderate the influence of foreign and domestic investors on stock returns. The results of the study showed that the systematic risk variable had a negative effect on stock returns, foreign investors had no effect on stock returns, and domestic investors had a positive effect on stock returns. The amount of low systematic risk can affect the increase in stock returns. The number of domestic investors can affect the increase in stock returns.
