Abstract

This study aims to measure the high rankings in the SEO category and social media marketing Mitra Keluarga Group Hospitals, this study not only understand implement SEO techniques, but also successfully manage interactions on social media platforms. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research methods. In the context of this research, the main focus is to understand how Mitra Keluarga Group Hospital utilizes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media marketing strategies, and to provide in-depth descriptions of user experiences and views regarding the use of these digital strategies. It is hoped that the findings from this study can provide valuable guidelines for other hospitals looking to increase their digital effectiveness and impact through the optimal integration of search engine optimization and social media marketing that impact customer behavior.
